I occasionally use Furkot for planning day rides or segments of trips (it's convenient that I can use a web browser on any computer to access my account, and I can share routes with others), but Furkot can't match BaseCamp for planning complex multi-day trips with multiple routes, associated waypoints and POIs, and so forth.
